为了在疫情期间，提高医务人员的工作效率，江苏省环境保护产业协会协调了部分省内消毒机生产企业，无偿捐赠消毒机给南京几大医院，这样可以避免因为喷洒消毒剂消毒而导致医务人员工作暂停的情况。
今天(8月3日)上午，在江苏省环境保护产业协会的牵头下，南京一家企业首先捐赠了68台空气消毒机到南京鼓楼医院、南京脑科医院、江宁医院以及收治病例的南京二院汤山分院，货值共计70万元，鼓楼医院首先收到了20台消毒机。南京鼓楼医用物质保障处处长杨玉志表示：“我们各个病区或者急症或者一些大的设备间，都是需要这个的，有些疫情防控需要消毒，这些设备真的很需要。”
杨处长告诉记者，原本他们都是定时定点对病区和设备机房以及诊室进行喷洒消毒，但是这样务必会导致CT室、超声检查以及诊室等工作中断，影响工作效率：“用来连续的、持续的消毒，病人和咱们工作人员可以长时间待在里面，不会因为消毒暂停工作。”捐赠企业负责人史克志表示：“这一台消毒机，对30平方到40平方左右的空间，消毒比较好，像诊断台、病房隔离间，用得比较好。”
江苏省环境保护产业协会副会长徐衢告诉记者，在省内他们共有1400多家会员单位，为了应对疫情，他们首先筛选了一些做空气消毒机的企业，在关键时刻，资助有需要的防疫一线单位，下一步他们将继续号召会员单位，回馈社会。
