洁净手推车用于医院、实验室等场所物品运输，由风机、高效过滤器、蓄电池、箱体等组成，可以建立并维持手推车车箱内外压差，工作时有正压、负压两种工作模式可以切换：当车箱内运送污染源时可使用车箱负压模式，防止污染物扩散到外部;当车箱装载洁净物品时使用正压模式，防止外界污染物进入车内。
